A bold and intense sparkling wine, made from Shiraz grapes, deep crimson in colour with a fine mousse. The wine has aromas of dark fruits, plums and spice, soft and rich, it makes for the perfect aperitif!
Logan, Weemala, Pinot Gris, Orange, N.S.W.
Fresh and frivolous, with aromas of pear, white peach and honeysuckle. 13% of the wine was aged on oak barrels, and the wine was aged on full yeast lees for 6 months, ensuring a luxurious round palate while maintaining its lively acidity.
Sunburt, Chardonnay, Goulburn Valley, Victoria
A generous and full Chardonnay with notes of tropical fruit, apple and subtle spices. The wine has been aged on oak, ensuring a creamy rich structure with aromas of vanilla and butter while maintaining the fresh fruit flavours.
d’Arenberg, The Stump Jump, G.S.M., McLaren Vale, Victoria
A medium bodied blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre, an array of dark, sweet and savoury notes, plum, dark cherry, game, earth and black pepper. The palate adds mulberry, raspberry with beautiful, lifted spice, mild tannins ensure a bright lingering finish.
MWC, Don’t Tell Gary, Shiraz, Grampians, Victoria
A medium bodied rich Shiraz with hints of pepper and soft oak spice, beautifully integrated with blackberry fruits and silky tannins. The grapes were gently crushed and then stored in French Oak barrels to age for 12 months.
