Woodfired Sparkling Shiraz, Heathcote, Victoria

A bold and intense sparkling wine, made from Shiraz grapes, deep crimson in colour with a fine mousse. The wine has aromas of dark fruits, plums and spice, soft and rich, it makes for the perfect aperitif!

Misty Cove, Landmark, Gruner Veltliner, Marlborough, New Zealand

A concentration of sultry fruit (pear, tropical) and exciting spices. Soft, spicy and with depth. It’s gorgeously ripe and perfumed on the nose showing apricot, rockmelon, citrus peel and subtle spice notes, followed by a succulent palate delivering excellent fruit intensity and persistency. Generously textured and brilliantly structured with plenty of tasty flavours.

d’Arenberg, The Money Spider, Roussanne, McLaren Vale, South Australia

An aromatic Roussanne with luscious notes of honeydew, preserved lemon and macadamia. The palate is creamy, with complex flavours of peach, lychee and jasmin, followed by a crisp aftertaste with hints of lemongrass and ginger.

Esk Valley, Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand

From the Gimlet Gravels vineyard in Hawkes Bay, this deeply coloured blend has fruity notes of black cherries and ripe plum. The wine has a rich herbal quality, with aroma’s of dried herbs, tobacco and ceder.

Thorn-Clarke, Shotfire, Shiraz, Barossa Valley, South Australia

A full and juicy shiraz with aroma’s of black cherries and blackberries. The palate is round and rich, with notes of ripe plum, black pepper, five spice and dark chocolate. The Shotfire Shiraz is aged for 14 months on new American oak, ensuring beautifully integrated oak flavours with rich supple tannins.

Campbells, Topaque, Rutherglen, Victoria 

A Madeira-style dessert wine aged using the solera system. Rich and smooth, made from the Muscadelle grape, with notes of fig, orange peel, and warm spices.
